Cube Nuroad Race olive´n´black

The "Nuroad Race olive'n'black" model from Cube, released in 2022, is a versatile gravel bike available at a price of 1,599 EUR. The frame is made from 6061 T6 Superlite aluminium and features Gravel Comfort geometry. With flat-mount disc brakes, options for mudguards and a luggage rack, and a 12x142mm axle, the frame offers a high degree of flexibility and stability.

Braking performance is provided by the Shimano BR-RX400 hydraulic disc brakes with Flat Mount and 160 mm discs at the front and rear. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano GRX RD-RX810 front derailleur with 11 speeds, whilst Shimano GRX ST-RX600 shift levers are used. The front derailleur is also from the GRX range – specifically, the FD-R810 model.

The Nuroad Race’s fork is made of full carbon and is fitted with a flat-mount disc. It has a tapered profile from 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" and features mounts for mudguards and a lowrider, as well as a 12x100mm axle. The crankset is the Shimano GRX FC-RX600 model with a gear ratio of 46x30T, complemented by the Shimano 105 CS-HG700 cassette with a range of 11–34T. The drivetrain is completed by the Shimano CN-HG601-11 chain.

The handlebars are CUBE Gravel Race Bars, wrapped in ACID CX bar tape for better grip and comfort. The stem is a CUBE Performance Stem SL with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset consists of a VP Z-t, Top Zero-Stack 1 1/8" (OD 44 mm) and an integrated bottom bearing of 1 1/4".

The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Allround tyres with Kevlar reinforcement in size 40-622, fitted to the CUBE GR 2.3 wheelset with dimensions 622x23C. The saddle is a Natural Fit Venec, fitted to a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. The saddle is clamped in place by an integrated CUBE Nuroad Seat Clamp.
