Cube Nuroad Race FE grey´n´black

The "Nuroad Race FE grey'n'black" model from the Cube brand from 2023 is a versatile gravel bike designed for demanding rides on a wide variety of terrain. With a price tag of EUR 1899, it offers a wide range of high-quality components and a well thought-out design.

The frame of the Nuroad Race FE is made of 6061 T6 Superlite aluminium and is equipped with Gravel Comfort Geometry, which ensures a comfortable and stable ride. The frame supports flat mount disc brakes and has a 12x142mm AXH axle. The permissible total weight is 115 kg, while the bike itself weighs in at 11 kg.

Braking power is provided by the Shimano BR-RX400 hydraulic disc brake with 160 mm brake discs at the front and rear. The gearing consists of a Shimano GRX RD-RX810, direct mount, 11-speed groupset, which enables precise and reliable gear selection. The front derailleur is also a Shimano GRX FD-R810.

The bike's fork is a CUBE Nuroad Flat Mount Disc made of full carbon with a tapered head tube (1 1/8" - 1 1/4") and offers mounting options for mudguards and a lowrider. The front light is a Supernova E3 Pure 3, while the rear light is an ACID Mudguard Rear Light PRO-D, which is powered by 6V AC.

The crankset consists of a Shimano GRX FC-RX600 with a gradation of 46x30T, the matching cassette is a Shimano 105 CS-HG700 with a gear range of 11-34T. The drivetrain is completed by a Shimano CN-HG601-11 chain.

The handlebar is a CUBE Gravel Race Bar wrapped in ACID Bartape CX for extra comfort and better grip. The stem is a CUBE Performance Stem Pro with a diameter of 31.8mm. The headset is a VP Z-t, Top Zero-Stack for 1 1/8" (OD 44mm) and Bottom Integrated for 1 1/4".

The bike rolls on Schwalbe G-One Allround tyres in size 40-622, which are mounted on a CUBE GR 2.3 Disc wheelset equipped with a dynamo hub at the front. The saddle is a Natural Fit Venec, mounted on a CUBE Performance seat post with a diameter of 27.2mm and secured by a CUBE Nuroad Integrated Seat Clamp.

Additional features include ACID 50 BB-mount mudguards, an ACID FM Pure kickstand and an ACID Gravel pannier rack. The gross weight of the bike totals 11800 g.
