Cube Attain SL red´n´red

The "Attain SL red'n'red" model from Cube, released in 2021, offers a balanced combination of performance and comfort at a price of 1,449 EUR. The frame is made from 6061 T6 Superlite aluminium, which, thanks to double-butted technology and a smooth-welded process, ensures additional stability and an elegant appearance. The 3D Flat Mount disc brake dropouts and Road Comfort Geometry contribute to optimised riding dynamics, whilst the option to fit mudguards enhances versatility. The bike’s total weight is 9 kg.

The braking system consists of Shimano 105 BR-R7070 hydraulic disc brakes with a flat-mount configuration and 160 mm rotors at the front and rear, ensuring reliable braking performance in a variety of conditions. Gear shifting is provided by the Shimano 105 RD-R7000-DGS system with 11 speeds, complemented by the Shimano 105 FD-R7000 front derailleur with a 31.8 mm clamp.

The fork is a full-carbon CUBE CSL Race Disc with a tapered steerer tube (1 1/8" – 1 1/4") and a flat-mount mount, as well as a 12x100 mm thru-axle. The Shimano FC-RS510 crankset is fitted with 50x34T chainrings and varies in length depending on frame size: 170 mm (50/53 cm), 172.5 mm (56/58 cm) and 175 mm (60/62 cm). The cassette is a Shimano 105 CS-HG700 with a 11-34T range, and the drivetrain uses the Shimano CN-HG601-11 chain.

The handlebars are CUBE Compact Race Bars, combined with a CUBE Performance Stem SL with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset consists of a VP Z-t system with a Top Zero-Stack (1 1/8", OD 44 mm) and an integrated bottom bearing (1 1/4").

Conti Ultra Sport 3 tyres in size 28-622, fitted to CUBE RA 1.9 Aero Disc wheels, provide contact with the road. The saddle is a Natural Fit Venec Lite model, fitted to a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. The saddle is secured using a CUBE Screwlock clamp with a diameter of 31.8 mm.
