Cube Aim SLX graphite´n´metal

The "Aim SLX graphite’n’metal" model from Cube, released in 2024, offers a solid spec at a price of 799 EUR. The frame is made from Aluminium Lite and features AMF processing and a double-butted construction. The internal cable routing and tapered head tube create a modern and clean look. The frame is also fitted with a flat-mount brake, a SIC mount and an FM kickstand mount. The maximum load capacity is 150 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 13 kg.

Suspension is provided by a RockShox Judy Silver TK Coil fork with 100 mm of travel and a lockout function. The pedals are ACID PP MTB models, whilst the bottom bracket is a Thun Paso-ML with a 73 mm BSA thread. The crankset consists of a Shimano FC-MT101 with 36x22T chainrings, and the cassette is a Shimano CS-HG201 with 11-36T. Power is transmitted via a KMC X9 chain.

The handlebars are 680 mm wide CUBE Rise Trail Bars, and the grips are ACID React models. The stem is a CUBE Performance Stem Race with a diameter of 31.8 mm, and the headset is a semi-integrated CUBE FPH868. The rims are CUBE ZX20 with 32 spokes and disc brake mounts, fitted with Schwalbe Smart Sam Active tyres in size 2.25. The front hub is a Shimano HB-TX505 with quick-release and Centre Lock, whilst the rear hub is also a Shimano FH-TX505 with quick-release and Centre Lock.

The saddle is a Natural Fit Venec Lite, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. The saddle is clamped in place using a CUBE Varioclose clamp with a diameter of 31.8 mm.
