Conway Xyron S 2.7

The "Xyron S 2.7" model from Conway, launched in 2022, is a versatile e-mountain bike that impresses with its well-thought-out specification. Priced at 4,299 euros, the bike offers a solid combination of high-performance components and modern technology. The braking system consists of TEKTRO “HD-M535” 4-piston brakes, which, together with the TEKTRO “HD-M535” brake levers and the 203 mm TEKTRO “TR203-17 2.3” brake discs, ensure reliable braking performance.

Gear changes are handled by the SRAM “SX Eagle” 12-speed system, which, together with the “SX Eagle Trigger” shifter featuring a single-click function, enables precise gear changes. The ROCKSHOX “35 Silver TK” fork with 150 mm of travel and the FOX “Float DPS” rear shock guarantee a comfortable ride even on challenging terrain.

Power is provided by the 4th-generation BOSCH “Performance CX” mid-drive motor with 36 V and 250 W, which, in combination with the BOSCH “Powertube 625” battery, offers a capacity of 625 Wh. The BOSCH “Kiox” display, with 4 assistance levels and a push-assist function, ensures intuitive control of the drive system.

The MIRANDA “Epsilon” crankset, with a length of 165 mm, and the SRAM “PG 1210 Eagle” cassette, with a range of 11–50 teeth, perfectly complement the drivetrain. The CONWAY “Low Rizer” handlebars, with a diameter of 35 mm and a width of 780 mm, together with the SQlab “70X” grips, offer comfortable ergonomics.

The wheelset is completed by the MACH1 “Trucky 30” rims and the SCHWALBE “Nobby Nic” tyres in size 65-584. The FORMULA hubs – the “DC 511” at the front and the “eHL-148 S” at the rear – together with the stainless steel spokes, ensure stability and durability. The SELLE ROYAL “2315” saddle and the CONTEC “Drop - A - Gogo” seatpost, with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a rise of 150 mm, contribute to the bike’s comfort.

The equipment package is rounded off by the CONWAY stem, 35 mm in length, and the ZS44 / ZS56 headset. The Bosch charger, with a capacity of 2 Ah, enables efficient charging of the battery. Overall, the Conway Xyron S 2.7 is a high-performance e-mountain bike that is suitable for both challenging trails and leisurely rides.
