Conway RLC FS 9.9

The Conway RLC FS 9.9, launched in 2024, is a high-quality mountain bike designed for demanding riders. Priced at 6,499 euros, this bike offers an impressive combination of lightweight construction, stability and advanced technology. The frame is made from CONWAY Fully Carbon and features full suspension with a frame height of 43 cm, resulting in a total weight of just 11 kg. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, which is remarkable for a mountain bike in this class.

The RLC FS 9.9 is fitted with a SRAM ‘Level Ultimate’ braking system, finished in the attractive Rainbow design. Both the brake levers and the front and rear brake discs (180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear) are designed to deliver maximum braking performance and control. The 12-speed SRAM “XX1 AXS” drivetrain guarantees precise and reliable gear changes, whilst the SRAM “Eagle AXS” shifter ensures smooth operation.

The bike’s suspension is provided by the DT “F232 ONE” fork with 110 mm of travel and the DT “R232 ONE” shock absorber with 100 mm of travel. This combination offers excellent shock absorption and control on uneven terrain. The drivetrain consists of the SRAM “XX1 Eagle” system, which stands out thanks to its rainbow finish and, in combination with the SRAM “XG 1299 Eagle” cassette (10–52 t) and the SRAM “XX1 Carbon” crankset (Boost DUB, 32T, 170 mm) ensures outstanding power transfer.

The LEVEL 9 “Pro Team Carbon Flat Bar” handlebars, with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a width of 760 mm, together with the SQlab “70X” grips, offer comfort and control. The LEVEL 9 “Race A-Head” stem is 60 mm long and has a diameter of 31.8 mm, ensuring stable steering. The MAVIC rims and spokes, together with the SCHWALBE “Racing Ray” EVO Addix tyres (60-622, foldable), ensure excellent traction and durability.

The bike is also fitted with the CONWAY “1489 super light” saddle, mounted on a LEVEL 9 “Race” seatpost (27.2 mm, 350 mm), to ensure comfort even on long rides. With a stack of 586 mm, a seat tube length of 425 mm, a top tube of 575 mm and a seat tube angle of 72 degrees, the RLC FS 9.9 offers balanced geometry for sporty rides. The wheelbase is 1119 mm, which contributes to a stable ride even at high speeds.
