Conway MCL 4.0

The MCL 4.0 model from Conway, released in 2023, offers a solid specification at a price of 849 EUR. The bike’s frame is made of aluminium and has been specially designed as a CONWAY Lady model, indicating that it is ergonomically tailored to the needs of female riders. Safety is ensured by hydraulic disc brakes, which, together with the TEKTRO ‘HD-M275’ brake levers and the front TEKTRO ‘HD-M275’ brake, guarantee reliable braking performance.

The bike is fitted with a 24-speed SHIMANO “Acera” derailleur, offering a wide range of gears for different riding conditions. The RST “Gila ML” fork, with 100 mm of travel, provides additional comfort and control on uneven terrain. The one-piece Welgo “C280DU” pedals provide a stable platform for the feet.

The drivetrain comprises a SHIMANO “BB-UN100” bottom bracket and a SHIMANO “FC-TY501” crankset with 24/34/42-tooth chainrings and a length of 170 mm. The handlebars are CONWAY riser bars with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a width of 720 mm, complemented by CONWAY “Sport” grips for comfortable handling. The stem is also by CONWAY and has a diameter of 31.8 mm.

The bike’s rims are CONWAY hollow-section rims, which, together with the IMPAC “Smartpac” tyres and black steel spokes, ensure a robust and durable wheel construction. The front hub is a SHIMANO “DH3D37” QR hub dynamo and the rear hub is a SHIMANO “FH-TX505” QR, ensuring reliable performance.

The saddle is the SELLE ROYAL “Vivo Athletic Ergo” model, which ensures comfort on longer rides. The seatpost is a CONWAY Patent with a diameter of 31.6 mm. SKS “Velo 65 Mountain” mudguards are fitted to protect against dirt and spray. An URSUS “Mooi” kickstand, 40 mm in length, allows the bike to be parked securely.
