Conway GRV 1200 Carbon

The Conway GRV 1200 Carbon, launched in 2021, is a high-quality gravel bike designed for discerning riders. Priced at 2999 EUR, it offers a combination of advanced technology and high-quality components. The bike’s frame is made from lightweight and robust carbon, which not only reduces the overall weight but also ensures improved stiffness. The maximum rider weight is 130 kg, which is sufficient for a wide range of riders.

The brakes are fitted with SHIMANO GRX BR-RX810 calipers, which provide reliable stopping power. This is complemented by SHIMANO GRX ST-RX810 brake levers and 160 mm SHIMANO SM-RT800 brake discs at both the front and rear. The derailleur is also from SHIMANO, featuring the GRX RD-RX810 for an 11-speed system, which enables precise and smooth gear changes. The shifter and front derailleur are also from SHIMANO’s GRX series, ensuring consistent and harmonious operation.

The fork is a full-carbon CARBON DU, which further reduces weight and ensures improved riding stability. The bottom bracket is a SHIMANO BB-71 Press-Fit, whilst the crankset is a SHIMANO GRX FC-RX810 with 31/48 teeth. The cassette is a SHIMANO CS-HG700 with a 11–34-tooth range, and the drivetrain uses the SHIMANO HG601 chain.

The handlebars are EASTON EA70 AX, which, together with the CONWAY Ultra 2K grips, ensure comfort and control. The stem is also from EASTON, the EA70 model, and the headset is an IS42 / IS52. The rims are DT SWISS GR1600 Spline, combined with SCHWALBE G-One Allround Classic tyres in size 700 x 40, fitted to both the front and rear. The hubs are DT SWISS GR1600, measuring 12 x 100 mm at the front and 12 x 142 mm at the rear.

The spokes are also from DT SWISS, ensuring added reliability and durability. The saddle is the CONWAY 1489 super light model, mounted on an EASTON EA50 seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm.
