Conway Cairon T 3.0

The 2022 Cairon T 3.0 from Conway is a versatile e-bike, fitted with a range of high-quality components and priced at 3,499 euros. The model is powered by a fourth-generation Bosch mid-drive motor, the ‘Performance CX’, which operates at 250 watts and 36 volts. The accompanying Bosch “Powertube 625” battery offers a capacity of 625 Wh and is charged using a Bosch 2 Ah charger. Control is via the Bosch “Intuvia” display with four levels, remote control and push assist.

Reliable braking performance is provided by the TEKTRO “HD-T280” brakes and brake levers, complemented by the TEKTRO “TR180-52” brake discs with a diameter of 180 mm. The gear system consists of the SHIMANO “Altus RD-M2000” with nine speeds, controlled by the SHIMANO “Altus SL-M2100” shift lever. The RST “Blaze MLO” fork, with 80 mm of travel, provides additional suspension.

In terms of lighting, the Cairon T 3.0 is fitted with the CONTEC “DLUX 50 E+” front light and the CONTEC “CTL 335 E” rear light with a brake light function. The pedals are Marwie “SP 827” models. The FSA “CK-745” crankset, with a length of 170 mm, and the SHIMANO “CS-HG200” cassette (11–36 t), together with the SHIMANO “CN-E6070” drivetrain, form the heart of the drivetrain.

The HUMPERT “Ergotec” low-riser handlebars have a diameter of 31.8 mm and a width of 720 mm, complemented by CONWAY “Sport” grips. The stem is an adjustable HUMPERT “Ergotec Octopus” with a length of 110 mm. The headset consists of ZS44 / ZS56 components.

The MACH1 “MAXX” rims are fitted with CONTINENTAL “Contact Urban” tyres in size 50-622 and feature reflective strips. The hubs are FORMULA “DC 20LW” at the front and “DC 22LW” at the rear, both with quick-release mechanisms, and the spokes are made of stainless steel.

The SELLE ROYAL “Vivo Athletic Ergo” saddle ensures comfort, mounted on a CONWAY Patent seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a length of 350 mm. The bike features SKS “A60S” plastic mudguards and an URSUS “Wave” kickstand, 40 mm in length. An AXA “Bock XXL” lock provides additional security. The ATRAN “Cummute Pro” luggage rack with spring-loaded flap completes the specification and offers practical transport options.
