Conway Cairon T 2.0 625

The Conway Cairon T 2.0 625, a 2022 model, is an e-bike which, at a price of 3049 EUR, offers a wide range of high-quality components. The bike is powered by a third-generation Bosch mid-drive motor from the ‘Performance’ series, with an output of 250 watts and a voltage of 36 volts. The accompanying Bosch “Powertube 625” battery, a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 625 Wh, ensures an impressive range and is charged using a Bosch 2 Ah charger. The motor is controlled via the Bosch “Intuvia” display, which features a remote control and a push-assist function.

The Cairon T 2.0 625 is fitted with the SHIMANO “Altus RD-M2000” 9-speed rear derailleur, which, in combination with the SHIMANO “Altus SL-M2000” shifter, ensures precise gear changes. Power is transmitted via the SHIMANO “HG53” chain, whilst the SHIMANO “HG200” cassette offers a range of 11–36 teeth. Braking performance is provided by TEKTRO “HD-T280” hydraulic disc brakes, fitted with TEKTRO “TR180-35” brake discs, each with a diameter of 180 mm, at both the front and rear.

The bike’s suspension is complemented by the RST “Blaze ML” fork with 80 mm of travel, which effectively absorbs bumps on the road. The CONWAY “X17” hollow-section rims, combined with CONTINENTAL “Contact Urban” tyres (50-622), offer a stable and comfortable ride, whilst the SHIMANO hubs (“HB-TX505” QR at the front and “FH-TX505” QR at the rear) ensure reliable, smooth running.

Comfort is guaranteed by the SELLE ROYAL “Vivo Athletic Ergo” saddle and the CONWAY patented seatpost (31.6 mm, 350 mm). The HUMPERT “Ergotec” low-riser handlebars (Ø 31.8, 720 mm) and the HUMPERT “Ergotec Octopus” adjustable stem (90 mm) provide an ergonomic riding position. Plastic mudguards from SKS “A60S”, an URSUS “Wave” bike stand and an AXA “Bock XXL” lock complete the specification.

Lighting is provided by the CONTEC “DLUX 50 E+” front light and the CONTEC “CTL 335 E” rear light. The ATRAN “Cummute Pro” luggage rack with spring-loaded flap offers practical transport options. The pedals are Marwie “SP 827” models, whilst the crankset is an FSA “CK-200” with a length of 170 mm. The headset is a ZS44 / ZS56 with a tapered steerer tube, and the grips are CONWAY “Sport”.
