Cannondale Wonderwagen Neo 1

The 2024 Cannondale Wonderwagen Neo 1 is a high-quality e-bike designed for demanding use in the field of goods transport. Priced at EUR 7,499, this model offers a wide range of technical refinements and high-quality components that ensure both safety and comfort.

The frame of the Wonderwagen Neo 1 is made from SmartForm C2 Alloy and features a low step-through height, making it easy to get on and off. The cable control system and the weatherproof double child seat compartment highlight the bike’s functionality and versatility. The semi-integrated cable routing also ensures a tidy appearance and protection from the elements.

Braking performance is provided by Magura MT C hydraulic disc brakes with 4-piston calipers, fitted with a 180 mm front disc and a 203 mm rear disc. This combination ensures reliable and powerful braking performance in all conditions. The brake levers are also by Magura and offer precise control.

The SR Suntour Mobie 34 Cargo fork, with 80 mm of travel, contributes to stability and control by effectively absorbing shocks and uneven surfaces. The Enviolo Pro continuously variable manual twist-grip shifter allows for simple and intuitive gear selection, supported by the Enviolo Heavy-Duty Continuously Variable Transmission rear hub.

High-visibility LED twin headlights at the front and a Garmin radar sensor with a rear light at the rear ensure optimum visibility in traffic. Power is transmitted via an FSA CK-320 crankset, specially developed for the Bosch Gen4 motor, as well as a KMC Z1eHX EPT chain and a KMC 17T sprocket.

The handlebars on the Wonderwagen Neo 1 are 680 mm wide and are made from Cannondale E-Series Alloy with an ergonomic backsweep. The Cannondale Ergo Performance Lock-On grips offer additional comfort on longer rides. The stem is also made of aluminium and has a diameter of 31.8 mm.

The rims are constructed from a heavy-duty alloy double-wall design, which provides additional stability. They have an internal width of 35 mm and are disc-specific. The Schwalbe Pick-Up tyres, sized 20x2.6", offer excellent grip and puncture protection. The DT Swiss Champion spokes (13g) contribute to the robustness of the wheelsets.

The saddle is a specially developed Wonderwagen Comfort Saddle, mounted on a Cannondale DownLow Vario seatpost with 150 mm of adjustment. This combination offers both comfort and flexibility.

Additional features such as front and rear mudguards and a rear luggage rack expand the bike’s range of uses. The Bosch Cargo Line motor assists up to a speed of 25 km/h and is powered by a Bosch PowerPack battery with a capacity of 725 Wh. The Bosch LED remote display, combined with a smartphone grip, provides a user-friendly interface for controlling the e-bike.

With a gross weight of 77 kg, the Wonderwagen Neo 1 is robust enough to carry even heavy loads without compromising on riding comfort or safety. The included Bosch 4A charger ensures the battery charges quickly, so the bike is always ready for use.
