Cannondale Tesoro Neo X 2 Remixte

The "Tesoro Neo X 2 Remixte" model from Cannondale from 2024 is a versatile e-bike that is characterised by its high-quality equipment and well thought-out design. The frame of the bike is made of SmartForm C1 aluminium and is designed as a Remixte Step-Thru version, which makes it easier to get on and off the bike. The frame has a removable battery tube, internal cable routing and an Ai Offset drive system, which ensures an optimal chain line. The price for this model is EUR 3999.

The bike is equipped with an SR Suntour XCM 34 Boost fork, which offers 100 mm of travel and is fitted with a 15x110 mm thru-axle. The brakes are Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm RT10 rotors both front and rear. Shifting is via a Shimano Deore M5100 system with 11 gears, which is controlled by the Shimano Deore M5100 shift lever.

Lighting is provided by a Herrmans H-Black MR4 front light and an H-Trace Micro rear light. The pedals are Cannondale Fitness models, which ensure comfort and efficiency. The crankset comes from FSA and is specially adapted for e-bikes with a 38T chainring. The crankset is a Shimano Deore 5100 with a gear ratio of 11-51 teeth.

The handlebars are made of double-butted 6061 aluminium with a width of 720 mm, a rise of 20 mm and a backsweep of 9 degrees. There are also ergonomic grips from Cannondale and an adjustable stem. The headset is equipped with integrated, sealed bearings.

The wheels consist of WTB STX i30 TCS rims, which are tubeless-ready, and Schwalbe G-One Allround Performance tyres in size 29x2.25", also tubeless-ready. The hubs are Shimano MT400 models with Thru-Axles (15x110 mm front and 12x148 mm rear), and the spokes are DT Swiss Champion.

The saddle is a Cannondale Ergo Touring model, mounted on a suspension seatpost, which is available in sizes 350 mm (S/M) and 400 mm (L). The bike is also equipped with Tubus Wingee mudguards, a Standwell kickstand and a Tubus pannier rack with a maximum load capacity of 25 kg.

The Tesoro Neo X 2 Remixte is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 250 W output, coupled with a Bosch PowerTube battery with a capacity of 625 Wh. The display is a Bosch Purion model and the charger delivers 4 A charging current.

The total weight of the bike is 24 kg. The geometry of the frame offers a reach of 405 mm, a stack of 624 mm, a seat tube length of 400 mm, a top tube length of 584 mm, a head tube angle of 67 degrees and a seat tube angle of 74 degrees.
