Cannondale Tesoro Mixte 1

The "Tesoro Mixte 1" model from the Cannondale brand from 2024 is a versatile and high-quality equipped bike that is suitable for both daily city commuting and longer tours. With a price tag of 1899 EUR, it offers an excellent combination of performance and functionality.

The frame of the Tesoro Mixte 1 is made of SmartForm C2 Alloy and has a Headshok head tube and an integrated rear rack, which ensures high stability and versatility. The built-in fork, a HeadShok Fatty DL50 with 50 mm travel and Isolated Damper Technology, offers a comfortable ride and can be locked out if necessary.

Braking power is provided by hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano (MT400) with 160 mm RT10 rotors, which are fitted both at the front and rear. The brake levers are also Shimano MT400, which enables precise and reliable brake control.

The gearing of the Tesoro Mixte 1 is equipped with high-quality components from Shimano. These include a Shimano XT front derailleur and Shimano Deore shift levers, which together enable 30-speed shifting (10-speed). For lighting, the bike is equipped with a Busch & Muller Lumotec IQ-XS front light and a Hermanns H-Trace rear light, which ensure good visibility in road traffic. The Cannondale Urban pedals also offer a secure grip.

The handlebars of the Tesoro Mixte 1 are Cannondale E-Series Alloy with reverse bend, complemented by Cannondale Ergo Fitness Dual Density grips with lock-on function. The adjustable stem from Cannondale allows the handlebar height to be customised. The integrated headset with sealed angular contact ball bearings ensures durable and low-maintenance steering.

The bike's rims are DC3.0, double-walled with eyelets and 32 holes, which together with the Schwalbe Marathon Supreme tyres (700x40c, RaceGuard) ensure a robust and comfortable ride. The hubs are a Shimano DH-3D37-QR dynamo at the front and a Shimano Deore hub at the rear, connected by DT Swiss Champion spokes.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Ariel, mounted on a Cannondale C4 aluminium seat post (31.6x300mm). The bike is also equipped with Curana mudguards and a chain guard to protect against dirt and moisture. A Cannondale Si kickstand ensures a stable stand, while the Abus 5850 lock provides additional security.
