Cannondale Scalpel HT Carbon 1

The "Scalpel HT Carbon 1" model from Cannondale from 2024 is a state-of-the-art mountain bike that is characterised by its first-class equipment and innovative technology. With a price tag of EUR 5899, it is aimed at ambitious riders who value quality and performance.

The frame of the Scalpel HT Carbon 1 is made of carbon and is equipped with the Proportional Response Design. It has a PF30-83 bottom bracket shell, a tapered head tube and a 55mm chainline. The hubs are HollowGram Lefty 60 at the front and HollowGram with DT Swiss 3-Pawl internals at the rear, which ensures a high level of reliability. The spokes are DT Swiss Competition Race, straight-pull.

The saddle is a Prologo Dimension NDR with Tirox rails, while the seatpost is a C1 Carbon with the dimensions 27.2x400mm. The total weight of the bike is 40000 grams.

In terms of geometry, the Scalpel HT Carbon 1 offers a reach of 444mm, a stack of 629mm and a seat tube length of 480mm. The top tube length is 617mm, the head tube angle is 67 degrees and the seat tube angle is 75 degrees. The head tube has a length of 122mm, the chainstays measure 440mm and the fork pre-bend is 50mm. The standover height is 819mm and the wheelbase is 1181mm.
