Cannondale Kids Trail Balance Girl's

The "Kids Trail Balance Girl's" model from the Cannondale brand from 2024 offers young beginners a high-quality and stable option for their first experiences on two wheels. With a price tag of EUR 229, the balance bike is both affordable and well equipped.

The frame of the bike is made of SmartForm C3 Alloy and is characterised by smooth welds, which not only makes for an appealing look, but also contributes to stability and durability. The fork, a Cannondale Little Lefty 12, is rigid and made of SmartForm C2 Alloy, which keeps the weight low and makes handling easier. The steerer tube measures 1 1/8 inches.

The handlebars are made of lightweight alloy, measure 22.2 mm in diameter and are 460 mm wide, which allows good control of the bike. The Cannondale Kid's Comfort grips provide extra grip and comfort for small hands. The stem is also made of alloy, has a length of 37 mm and is designed as an Ahead stem.

The headset is a semi-integrated model from FSA made of alloy and fits the 1-1/8 inch head tube perfectly. The rims are lightweight alloy rims with a size of 12 inches and 16 spokes, which reduces the overall weight of the bike and at the same time ensures robustness. The tyres are Innova 12x1.75 inch with a versatile tread pattern that offers good grip on various surfaces.

For the hubs, a Little Lefty single-sided hub was used at the front and an alloy hub with a bolted axle at the rear. Both contribute to the stability and reliability of the bike. The spokes are made of black steel and have a thickness of 14g.

The saddle is a Cannondale Kid's Comfort model, which has been specially developed for the comfort of young riders. The seat post is one-piece and without clamp, with a diameter of 25.4 mm.

All in all, the "Kids Trail Balance Girl's" from Cannondale offers a well thought-out combination of high-quality materials and child-friendly features that help young riders gain their first experience on two wheels safely and comfortably.
