Cannondale Habit HT 2

The Cannondale Habit HT 2, model year 2024, is a versatile mountain bike that is characterised by its robust construction and high-quality equipment. The frame is made from SmartForm C2 aluminium and has a tapered head tube and StraightShot internal cable routing. The frame is also compatible with a dropper post and equipped with a BSA 73 bottom bracket.

Braking power is provided by SRAM Level hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm CentreLine rotors at the front and rear. Shifting is provided by the microSHIFT Advent X Pro system, which offers ten gears and includes a microSHIFT Advent X Pro shift lever.

The RockShox Judy TK fork with 130 mm travel and Solo Air technology ensures smooth suspension and control on uneven terrain. The bike is not equipped with pedals, giving the user the freedom to choose their favourite pedals.

The drivetrain consists of a ProWheel BSA 73 bottom bracket and a Prowheel crankset with a 30T chainring. The sprocket is a microSHIFT Advent X Pro with a gradation of 11-48 teeth and the chain is a KMC X10, also with ten gears.

The handlebar of the Habit HT 2 is a Cannondale 3 Riser made of 6061 aluminium, with a width of 780 mm, a rise of 15 mm and a backsweep of 8 degrees. The grips are Cannondale TrailShroom and the stem is also made of 6061 aluminium.

The wheels consist of WTB STX i30 TCS rims, which are tubeless ready and fitted with WTB Vigilante tyres in the sizes 29 x 2.5" at the front and 29 x 2.4" at the rear. The hubs are made of aluminium from Formula, with 15x110 mm Thru-Axle at the front and 12x148 mm Thru-Axle at the rear. The spokes are made of stainless steel and have a thickness of 14g.

The saddle is a Cannondale Ergo XC, mounted on a TranzX dropper seatpost with internal routing and an adjustment range of up to 130 mm depending on the frame size.

The geometry of the bike offers a comfortable and stable ride: a reach of 480 mm, a stack of 641 mm, a seat tube length of 445 mm, a top tube of 617 mm, as well as a head tube angle of 66 degrees and a seat tube angle of 78 degrees. Other dimensions include a head tube length of 130 mm, a chainstay length of 435 mm and a standover height of 751 mm. The wheelbase totals 1239 mm.
