The Habit Crb 2’s frame consists of a BallisTec carbon front triangle and a SmartForm C1 aluminium rear triangle, offering 130 mm of suspension travel. This combination ensures an optimal balance between stiffness and weight. The Proportional Response Tuned geometry and the Ai offset drivetrain ensure precise and efficient power transfer. In addition, the frame features ISCG05 mounts, a PF30 bottom bracket shell, a post-mount brake mount and a tapered head tube.

For suspension, the bike is fitted with a RockShox Pike Select fork, which offers 140 mm of travel and features DebonAir technology as well as a 15x110 mm thru-axle. The wheelsets consist of WTB ST i25 TCS rims, which are tubeless-ready and fitted with Maxxis Minion DHF tyres in size 29 x 2.5" at the front and Maxxis Dissector tyres in size 29 x 2.4" at the rear. These tyres offer excellent grip and stability on a wide variety of surfaces. The hubs are Shimano MT400 at the front and Shimano MT510 at the rear, both with thru-axles for added stiffness and durability. DT Swiss Champion spokes complete the wheelset.

Further features include a Cannondale 3 riser handlebar made from 6061 aluminium, Fabric FunGuy grips, a Cannondale 3 stem also made from 6061 aluminium, and an integrated, sealed headset. The saddle is a Fabric Scoop Shallow Sport with steel rails, mounted on a Cannondale DownLow dropper seatpost with internal cable routing and an adjustment range of 125 mm (size S) to 150 mm (sizes M–XL).
