Bulls VUCA EVO X 1 Wave

The "VUCA EVO X 1 Wave" model from Bulls, released in 2024, is a high-quality e-bike that stands out for its technical specifications and robust construction. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium using hydroforming technology and is compatible with a 1.8 steerer tube; it also features internal cable routing and a thru-axle. The maximum permissible weight is 150 kg, which is indicative of its solid construction.

For the brakes, Bulls has opted for SHIMANO BR-M6120 hydraulic disc brakes. At the front, a SHIMANO SM-RT64 brake disc with a diameter of 203 mm is fitted, whilst at the rear a SHIMANO RT-EM600 brake disc measuring 180 mm is installed. The gear lever is an E-Trigger, and the bike offers a total of 12 gears. The fork is a BULLS Lytro 36 Supreme SL 1.8 Boost with 120 mm of travel, ensuring a comfortable ride.

Lighting is provided by the FUXON FF-100 EB front light with a 100 lux LED, sensor and daytime running light, as well as the FUXON R-Glow S EB rear light with COB technology. The pedals are Wellgo platform pedals, and the crankset consists of a Pinion P8500 with a length of 170 mm and a 39/24T chainring. Power is transmitted via a GATES® CDX belt.

The handlebars are ZECURE Sport-SL, fitted with comfort grips. The stem is a BULLS SUVi, CCS Slot Mount ready. The headset is an FSA NO.72/55R 1.8" /CUP/CR. The rims are RYDE Disc 30, tubeless-ready, and the tyres are SUPERO All Ground Anti-Puncture 62-622. The hubs are FORMULA CL-811 at the front and FORMULA ECL-52 39T at the rear.

The saddle is a BULLS Sportive Ergo, and the seatpost is a LIMOTEC Alpha 3 suspension dropper post, which offers different travel lengths (40 mm to 100 mm) depending on size (S, M, L, XL). The bike is fitted with aluminium mudguards, a pulley guard, a PLETSCHER Comp40 kickstand, an ABUS battery lock and a MonkeyLoad system luggage rack.

The VUCA EVO X 1 Wave is powered by a FIT PINION MGU E1.12 motor, which is powered by a FIT UltraCore 720 battery with a capacity of 720 Wh. The display is a FIT Compact Display, and the charger has an output of 3 A.
