Bulls SONIC EVO AM SX 1

The "SONIC EVO AM SX 1" model from Bulls, released in 2024, is a high-quality e-mountain bike designed for discerning riders. The price of this model is 5,999 EUR. At the heart of the bike is a carbon fibre monocoque frame, featuring internal cable routing and a telescopic seatpost. The maximum permissible weight is 130 kg.

Braking performance is provided by SHIMANO BR-MT420 hydraulic disc brakes, combined with a 203 mm SHIMANO SM-RT30 CL brake disc at the front and a 203 mm SHIMANO RT-EM300 CL brake disc at the rear. Gear changes are handled by a 12-speed SHIMANO Deore RD-M6100, controlled by the SHIMANO Deore SL-M6100 shifter, which is fitted with RapidFire+ and I-Spec-EV.

The bike’s suspension fork is a BULLS Lytro 34 SL Air Boost with 140 mm of travel, whilst the rear shock offers 130 mm of travel. Lighting is provided by the MonkeyLink system; the front light is not included, and the rear light is a MonkeyLink Twinlight.

The bike is fitted with ZECURE MTB pedals and a BULLS 170 mm crankset. The cassette is a SHIMANO Deore CS-M6100 with a 10–51T range. Power is transmitted via a SHIMANO CN-M6100-12 chain. The handlebars are BULLS Riserbars, complemented by Prologo Proxim Enduro grips. The stem is an MTB-SLS, which is CCS Slot Mount-ready, and the headset is an ACROS AIF-531 1.5".

The tyres are Wicked Will Performance/Nobby Nic Performance in sizes 62-622 at the front and 60-622 at the rear, fitted to a MAVIC E-Crossride 1 CL MS wheelset. The saddle is a Prologo Proxim 400, and the seatpost is a Limotec Alpha 1UH with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a length of 150 mm, fitted with an SL-MT500-IL lever.

The bike is fitted with an ABUS battery lock for added security. It is powered by a Bosch Performance Line SX motor with an output of 25/55 Nm. The battery is a Bosch CompactTube 400 with a capacity of 400 Wh, controlled via the Bosch Mini Remote and System Controller Display. The battery is charged using a 2 A charger.
