Bulls Sonic EVO AM SL 1

The "Sonic EVO AM SL 1" model from the "Bulls" brand, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-mountain bike designed for demanding riders. The price for this model is 5,199 EUR. The frame is made from a carbon fibre monocoque and is fitted with a 1.8 steerer-ready fork mount and internal cable routing. The bike’s maximum permissible weight is 130 kg.

The braking system comprises SHIMANO BR-MT420 brakes at the front with a 203 mm Centre Lock brake disc and SHIMANO BR-MT410 brakes at the rear with an 180 mm Centre Lock brake disc. Shifting is handled by a SHIMANO Deore RD-M5100 shadow+ rear derailleur and SHIMANO Deore SL-M5100 shift levers with I-Spec EV, enabling precise and reliable 11-speed shifting.

Front suspension is provided by a BULLS Lytro 35 Supreme Air LOR fork with 140 mm of travel, whilst the SR SUNTOUR Edge Plus 2CR rear shock also offers 140 mm of travel. For lighting, the MonkeyLink Connect system can be used for the front light and the MonkeyLink Recharge system for the rear light; however, the lights are not included.

The bike is fitted with ZECURE MTB pedals and features an e*thirteen crankset as well as a SHIMANO Deore 11-speed cassette (11-51T). Power is transmitted via a GATES® CDN 128T system. The Sport-SL CCS handlebars and Proxim Enduro grips ensure comfortable handling, whilst the MTB-SLS stem is CCS Slot Mount-ready.

The rims are RODI Tryp 30 and tubeless-ready, fitted with SCHWALBE Nobby Nic Perf tyres (Folding 62-622). The hubs are by SHIMANO: the HB-MT400-B at the front and the FH-MT400-B at the rear, both with Centre Lock.

The saddle is a Prologo Proxim 400, mounted on a LIMOTEC Alpha 1 seatpost, which offers different travel lengths depending on frame size (S: 100 mm, M: 125 mm, L/XL: 150 mm).

The e-bike’s drive is powered by the SHIMANO Steps EP6 motor, delivering 25/85 Nm of torque. The battery has a capacity of 725 Wh (Bulls V10 Light Core 725) and is charged via a FIT charger with an output of 4.5A. The display is a SHIMANO SC-EN500, which provides all the essential information.
