Bulls SONIC EVA AM SX 1

The "SONIC EVA AM SX 1" model from Bulls, released in 2024, is a high-quality e-mountain bike that stands out for its technical features and well-thought-out design. Priced at EUR 5,999, it offers numerous features and components that are suitable for both challenging trails and leisurely rides.

The bike’s frame is made from a carbon fibre monocoque and features internal cable routing as well as provision for a telescopic seatpost. This design not only ensures a low weight but also high stiffness and durability. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, which guarantees high load-bearing capacity.

Braking performance is provided by SHIMANO BR-MT420 hydraulic disc brakes, fitted with 203 mm brake discs at the front (SHIMANO SM-RT30 CL) and rear (SHIMANO RT-EM300 CL). Gear changes are handled by the SHIMANO Deore RD-M6100 12-speed rear derailleur, controlled via the SHIMANO Deore SL-M6100 shifter with Rapidfire+ and I-spec-EV.

The tyres are Wicked Will Performance/Nobby Nic Performance in sizes 62-622/60-622, fitted to a MAVIC E-Crossride 1 CL MS wheelset. The saddle is a Prologo Proxim 400 wide, fitted to a Limotec Alpha 1UH seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm and an SL-MT500-IL remote control, which allows for adjustment of up to 150 mm. An ABUS battery lock provides additional security.

At the heart of the bike is the Bosch Performance Line SX motor with an output of 25/55 Nm, combined with a Bosch CompactTube 400 battery with a capacity of 400 Wh. The system is controlled via a Bosch Mini Remote and a system controller, and is charged using a 2 A charger.
