Bulls Cross Rider EVO 1

The "Cross Rider EVO 1" model from the "Bulls" brand, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-bike characterised by its robust construction and high-performance features. Priced at EUR 4,199, this bike offers a wide range of technical features that make it suitable for both everyday use and more demanding rides.

The frame of the Cross Rider EVO 1 is made from 6061 aluminium, which is hydroformed and features internal cable routing. This not only contributes to the frame’s stability and durability, but also gives it a clean, tidy appearance. The maximum load capacity is 150 kg, which is a testament to its robust construction and high-quality materials.

Braking power is provided by SHIMANO BR-MT200 brakes with 180 mm Centre Lock rotors at both the front and rear. This combination ensures reliable and precise braking performance. Gear changes are handled by a SHIMANO Deore RD-M5120 shadow+ rear derailleur and SHIMANO Deore SL-M4100 shift levers, which together offer 10 gears. This allows for flexible adaptation to different riding conditions.

Further features include an MTB-SL stem, which is 3D-forged and CCS Slot Mount-ready, as well as an FSA No. 57 headset. The rims are DDM-2 and the tyres are SCHWALBE G-One Bite Evo Super Ground (57-622), which provide good grip and stability. The front hub is a SHIMANO Alivio HB-M4050QR Centre Lock and the rear hub is a SHIMANO Alivio FH-M4050QR Centre Lock.

The saddle is a BULLS Sportive Ergo model, mounted on a BULLS aluminium seatpost. SKS Velo MTB mudguards and a Ksa 40 rear stand complete the specification.

The Cross Rider EVO 1 is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX motor (Smart System) with 85 Nm of torque and maximum assistance up to 25 km/h. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube (Smart System) with a capacity of 500 Wh, which can be charged using a standard Bosch 4A charger. The display is a Bosch Intuvia 100, which clearly shows all the key information.
