Brennabor T-68e Trapez

The “T-68e Trapez” model from Brennabor, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-bike characterised by its well-thought-out features and robust construction. Priced at 4,199 EUR, it offers an attractive combination of performance and comfort. The frame is a Bosch Intube frame made from 6061 aluminium in a trapezoidal shape, measuring 50 cm. The maximum permissible weight is 140 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 28 kg.

The braking system consists of SHIMANO ‘BR-MT420/410’ brakes, operated by SHIMANO ‘BL-MT400’ brake levers. SHIMANO “RT30” brake discs with a diameter of 180 mm are fitted at both the front and rear, ensuring reliable deceleration. The gear system is a 1x11-speed SHIMANO “XT Linkglide”, controlled by a SHIMANO “XT Linkglide” gear lever. Power is transmitted via the SHIMANO “LG 500”.

The SUNTOUR “SF18-Mobie25 Coil” suspension fork offers 63 mm of travel and is adjustable and equipped with a lockout, which ensures additional riding comfort. Lighting is provided by the CONTEC “Dlux 80 E+” front light with 80 lux and the CONTEC “CTL-335 E” rear light.

The T-68e Trapez is fitted with CONTINENTAL “Contact Plus” tyres in size 47-622, which are fitted to both the front and rear and provide additional safety thanks to their reflective properties. The hubs are from SHIMANO, with the “HB-MT400” model fitted at the front and the “FH-UR600” model at the rear.

The SELLE ROYAL “Essenza Plus” saddle and the Ergotec “SP-10” suspension seatpost offer additional comfort on long rides. The ERGOTEC “Alu” handlebars and the adjustable ERGOTEC “Sephia Ahead 50” stem allow for individual adjustment to suit the rider’s needs.

The e-bike is powered by a BOSCH Gen.4 “Performance CX” mid-drive motor with a voltage of 36 V and an output of 250 W. The battery, a BOSCH “Powertube 750” lithium-ion battery with BMS, has a capacity of 750 Wh and is charged using a BOSCH 4 Ah charger. The BOSCH “Kiox 300” display offers four assistance levels and a push assist function, which can be operated via a remote control.

The specification is rounded off by practical components such as the MASSLOAD “TA7653A” luggage rack with MIK system, the adjustable URSUS “King2” kickstand and the CONTEC “Powerloc” lock. Plastic mudguards from SKS and a HESLING “Velo” chain guard complete the package, making the T-68e Trapez a reliable companion for everyday urban cycling or longer rides.
