Brennabor T-47 Diamant

The "T-47 Diamant" model from Brennabor, launched in 2024, is a versatile trekking bike priced at 899 EUR. The frame is made from robust 6061 aluminium in a diamond shape and measures 50 cm, giving the bike a solid foundation and allowing for a maximum load of 130 kg. The braking system utilises the tried-and-tested “T210DG” V-brakes, which, in combination with the APSE “428D” brake levers, ensure reliable braking performance. The front wheel is also braked by a “T210DG” V-brake.

The 7-speed SHIMANO derailleur, known as the “Nexus” RBN, is controlled by the matching gear lever and offers sufficient range for a variety of riding conditions. The aluminium unicrown fork contributes to the bike’s stability and low weight. Lighting is provided by the CONTEC “Dlux 30 N++” front light with 30 lux and the CONTEC “CTL-135” rear light, both of which are powered by the SHIMANO “DH-C3000” hub dynamo.

The UNION “SP-822” pedals offer a secure grip thanks to their non-slip surface, whilst the CHINHAUR bottom bracket and the CPI “AL-101S7” aluminium crankset ensure smooth pedalling. The chainring set comprises a 38-tooth front sprocket and a 20-tooth rear sprocket from SHIMANO, connected by a KMC “Z7” chain.

The HL “AL-325” handlebars are made of aluminium, are 660 mm wide and have a diameter of 31.8 mm. The CONTEC “Tour Wing Eco” grips offer comfort on longer rides. The LEE CHI “MQ-521” stem is adjustable, allowing for individual customisation of the riding position. The SCHÜRMANN “YAK” hollow-section rims, 21 mm wide, are sturdy and durable, whilst the CONTINENTAL “Ride City” tyres in size 47-622, featuring reflective strips, ensure good visibility and safety.

The front hub is the SHIMANO “DH-3N31” hub dynamo, whilst the rear hub is the SHIMANO “Nexus” 7-speed RBN hub. The SELLE ROYAL “Essenza Plus” saddle promises comfort, supported by the patented aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm.

Plastic mudguards from BÜCHEL and a chain guard offer protection against dirt and wet conditions. The URSUS “Easy” kickstand is adjustable and ensures the bike stands securely. The bike is completed by the STANDWELL “Mik” luggage rack, which offers ample space for carrying luggage. The Brennabor T-47 Diamant is therefore a well-equipped trekking bike, suitable for both everyday use and longer rides.
