Brennabor T-42 Trapez

The "T-42 Trapez" model from Brennabor, launched in 2024, offers a balanced combination of functionality and comfort at a price of EUR 899. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium in a trapezoidal shape measuring 45 cm, giving the bike a sturdy yet lightweight profile. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 18 kg.

Safety is ensured by the “T210DG” V-brakes at both the front and rear, which are operated via APSE “428D” brake levers. The 7-speed SHIMANO “Nexus” RBN gear system allows for flexible adaptation to different riding conditions, supported by the SHIMANO “Nexus” gear lever. The fitted SUNTOUR “CR-7V” suspension fork, with 40 mm of travel, can be individually adjusted and ensures a comfortable ride on uneven terrain.

Lighting is provided by the CONTEC “Dlux 30 N++” front light (30 lux) and the CONTEC “CTL-135” rear light, both powered by a SHIMANO “DH-C3000” hub dynamo. The UNION “SP-822” pedals with anti-slip properties offer a secure grip, whilst the CPI “AL-101S7” aluminium crankset and the KMC “Z610” EPT drivetrain ensure reliable power transfer.

The handlebars are HL “AL-325” aluminium bars, 660 mm wide and 31.8 mm in diameter, fitted with CONTEC “Tour Wing Eco” grips. The LEE CHI “MQ-521” stem is adjustable and also has a diameter of 31.8 mm. The SCHÜRMANN “YAK” hollow-wall rims, 21 mm wide, are robust and durable, whilst the CONTINENTAL “Ride City” tyres in size 47-622, featuring reflective strips on both the front and rear, ensure good grip.

The SELLE ROYAL “Essenza Plus” saddle offers comfort on long journeys, supported by a patented aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm. Practical features such as the BÜCHEL plastic mudguards, an adjustable URSUS “Easy” kickstand and the STANDWELL “Mik” luggage rack round off the specification. The bike is ideal for trekking tours and delivers reliable performance on a wide variety of routes.
