Brennabor T-38e Diamant

The "T-38e Diamant" model from Brennabor, launched in 2024, is a versatile e-bike designed for both city commuting and longer rides. It features a robust 6061 aluminium diamond-shaped frame with a frame size of 50 cm and a maximum load capacity of 140 kg. The bike itself weighs 28 kg, making it a manoeuvrable companion despite its features and sturdiness. The price for this model is 2,899 euros.

When it comes to braking performance, the “T-38e Diamant” relies on the ALHONGA “HT-474” braking system, which covers both the brakes and the brake levers. The front and rear brake discs are SHIMANO “RT30” with a diameter of 180 mm, ensuring reliable deceleration. The bike is fitted with the SHIMANO “Acera” groupset, complemented by the SHIMANO “Altus” shift levers, and offers a total of 8 gears, allowing for flexible adaptation to different riding conditions.

The RST “Blaze” fork, with 80 mm of travel, is adjustable and ensures comfort on uneven terrain. The lighting comprises the CONTEC “Dlux 30 E+” front light with 30 lux and the CONTEC “CTL-335 E” rear light, which ensure good visibility even in the dark. The MARWI “SP-827” pedals and the BOSCH bottom bracket contribute to the robust drivetrain, which is complemented by the STRONGLIGHT “Brennabor” crankset and the KMC “Z8.1” drivetrain.

The e-bike’s handlebars are the ERGOTEC “Ergo XL”, with a width of 680 mm and a diameter of 31.8 mm, whilst the ERGOTEC “Sepia Ahead 50” stem is adjustable. The tyres are CONTINENTAL “Contact Urban”, fitted in size 55-622 with reflective strips on both the front and rear, and mounted on “X17” aluminium hollow-section rims.

The SELLE ROYAL “Essenza Plus” saddle, together with the Ergotec “SP-10” suspension seatpost, provides additional comfort. The bike is fitted with Curana “Apollo” mudguards and a HESLING “Velo” chain guard, making it weatherproof and easy to maintain. An URSUS “King 2” kickstand provides stability when parking the bike.

The T-38e Diamant’s drivetrain is powered by a BOSCH Gen.3 “Active Line PLUS” mid-drive motor with an output of 250 W. The BOSCH “Powerpack 500” battery, with a capacity of 500 Wh, offers sufficient range for long rides, whilst the BOSCH “Intuvia” display with remote control and push assist ensures user-friendly operation. A BOSCH 2 Ah charger ensures efficient recharging of the battery. The specification is rounded off by a CONTEC “Powerloc” lock and a MASSLOAD “TA7653A” luggage rack with MIK system, making the bike a practical everyday companion.
