Brennabor A-82e Wave

The 2023 Brennabor A-82e Wave model is a modern e-bike that offers a comprehensive range of features for a price of 3,699 EUR. The frame is a Bosch Intube frame made from 6061 aluminium in the Wave design, with a frame height of 45 cm. The maximum permissible weight is 140 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 29 kg.

The braking system features TEKTRO ‘HD-M280’ brakes at both the front and rear, each with 180 mm TEKTRO ‘TR-180’ brake discs. The drivetrain is a 1x10-speed SHIMANO “Deore”, which, together with the SHIMANO “Deore” shifter, enables precise gear selection. The fork is an adjustable SUNTOUR “Mobie25 Coil LOR DS” with 100 mm of travel, featuring a lockout function and designed for disc brakes.

Lighting is provided by the CONTEC “Dlux 50 E+” front light with 50 lux and the CONTEC “CTL-335 E-Stop” rear light with an integrated brake light. The VP “538” pedals, together with the FSA “CK745” crankset and the SHIMANO “Deore” 38-tooth chainring, provide a reliable drivetrain. The handlebars are ERGOTEC “Low Riser” with a width of 720 mm, whilst the grips are CONTEC “Tour Wing”. The adjustable ERGOTEC “Sephia Ahead” aluminium stem completes the riding experience.

The “X19” aluminium hollow-section rims are fitted with CONTINENTAL “Ruban Plus” tyres in size 58-584, fitted to both the front and rear. The front hub is a PROMAX “DR-851” and the rear hub is a SHIMANO “FH-MT400-B”, both to the E-Thru Boost CL standard. The SELLE ROYAL “Essenza Plus” saddle and the ERGOTEC “Viper” seatpost ensure comfort.

Additional features include plastic mudguards from SKS, an adjustable URSUS “King2” kickstand and a MASSLOAD “CL648” luggage rack with the MIK system. Power is provided by a fourth-generation BOSCH mid-drive motor, the "Performance CX", with an output of 250 W and a voltage of 36 V. The battery is a BOSCH “Powertube 500” lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 500 Wh, which is charged using the BOSCH 4 Ah charger. The BOSCH “Intuvia 100” display offers four assistance levels and a push-assist function.
