Bergamont Vitess 6 Lady

The "Vitess 6 Lady" model from Bergamont, released in 2024, offers a balanced combination of performance, comfort and practicality at a price of 999 EUR. The frame is constructed from an ultra-light AL-6061 tube set and is designed for 28-inch wheels. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs in at 15 kg.

Safety is ensured by Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes at both the front and rear, complemented by Shimano BL-MT200 brake levers. Braking performance is provided by Shimano SM-RT10 brake discs with a diameter of 160 mm on both wheels. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano RD-M3100 Shadow rear derailleur and Shimano SL-M2010 Rapidfire Plus shifters, which enable a 3x9-speed drivetrain. The front derailleur is a Shimano FD-M370 model and the crankset consists of a Shimano FC-T3010 with 48/36/26-tooth chainrings, protected by a chain guard.

The bike’s fork is a BGM Trekking aluminium rigid fork with an aluminium head tube and disc brake mounts. Lighting is provided by the B&M Upp N Plus front light with a 35 lux LED and parking light, and the B&M Toplight 2 C Plus rear light, also featuring an LED and parking light. The pedals are made of aluminium and designed for trekking use.

Other features include a Shimano BB-UN101 bottom bracket, a Shimano CS-HG200 sprocket with 11–32 teeth and a KMC X9 chain. The handlebars are BGM Pro Riser handlebars with a 15° rise and a width of 660 mm. The grips are BGM Comfort Ergo Double Density screw-on grips. The stem is a BGM Pro Multiposition stem with an angle of 10°/25° and a length of 75 mm.

The rims are BGM Pro X15 Disc with 32 black steel spokes. The tyres are Schwalbe Big Ben with Kevlarguard and reflective strips, size 50-622. The front hub is a Shimano DH-3D37 hub dynamo with a Centre Lock disc and quick-release, whilst the rear hub is also by Shimano and features a Centre Lock disc and quick-release.

The saddle is a Syncros Capilano Urban model, fitted to a BGM Comp seatpost. The mudguards are by SKS with stainless steel struts, and the kickstand is by Atran. The luggage rack is a BGM Trekking aluminium model with the Racktime Snapit 2.0 system and integrated mudguard mounts.

The frame geometry comprises a reach of 395 mm, a stack of 607 mm, a seat tube length of 415 mm and a top tube length of 580 mm. The head tube angle is 70 degrees, the seat tube angle is 73 degrees, and the head tube length is 130 mm. The chainstay length is 455 mm, the bottom bracket drop is 60 mm, the fork offset is 42 mm and the standover height is 687 mm. The fork installation height is 464 mm, the crank length is 170 mm, the wheelbase measures 1089 mm and the bottom bracket height is 304 mm.

The bike is suitable for people between 150 cm and 160 cm in height. When packed, the bicycle is 21 mm wide, 121 mm high and 192 mm long. The gross weight of the packaging is 21,260 g.
