Bergamont Horizon 4 Gent

The "Horizon 4 Gent" model from Bergamont, released in 2022, offers a wide range of technical features that make it an attractive bike for the price of 849 EUR. The frame is made from 28" lite AL-6061 tubing and contributes to a total weight of 17 kg, whilst the maximum load capacity is 130 kg.

The Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, together with the Shimano ST-EF505 brake levers and the Shimano SM-RT10 front brake disc (160 mm), ensure safe and reliable braking performance. The bike is fitted with aluminium trekking pedals, a Shimano BB-UN101 bottom bracket and a KMC Z8 drivetrain. The BGM Comp handlebars have a 30° backsweep and are mounted on a BGM Comp Vario stem. The grips are ergonomically shaped BGM Comfort Ergo grips with dual-density padding and a clamp-on design.

The wheels consist of BGM Comp X2 rims with 32 spokes, fitted with Schwalbe Road Cruiser tyres (47-622) featuring Kevlarguard and reflective strips. The hubs are a Shimano DH-3D37 hub dynamo (Centre Lock, disc, quick-release) at the front and a Shimano hub (Centre Lock, disc, quick-release) at the rear. The spokes are made of black steel.

The Syncros Capilano Trekking saddle is mounted on a Post Moderne PM-780E suspension seatpost. SKS mudguards with stainless steel struts, an SKS Chainblade chain guard, an Atran kickstand and a BGM Trekking luggage rack with the Racktime Snapit 2.0 system and integrated mudguard mount complete the specification.
