Bergamont’s “E-Horizon Sport 6 Amsterdam” model from 2024 offers high-quality, well-thought-out features for anyone looking for a reliable and high-performance e-bike. Priced at EUR 3,899, this bike is positioned in the premium price segment and is aimed at discerning users.

The frame of the E-Horizon Sport 6 Amsterdam is made from a super-light AL-6061 tube set and is designed to accommodate a Bosch PowerTube battery. The bike has 28-inch wheels and a maximum load capacity of 130 kg, whilst its own weight is 28 kg. It is suitable for riders between 150 cm and 160 cm in height.

The braking system consists of Shimano hydraulic disc brakes (BR-MT200) at both the front and rear, with matching brake levers (BL-MT201). The brake discs each have a diameter of 180 mm (Shimano SM-RT10). Precise gear changes are provided by the Shimano Deore Linkglide 10-speed rear derailleur (RD-M5130), operated via Rapidfire Plus shifters (SL-M5130).

The saddle is a Syncros Capilano Trekking Memory Foam model, mounted on a BGM Pro seatpost. Curana Apollo mudguards with stainless steel struts, as well as an integrated chain guard within the motor cover, provide additional protection and comfort. A Syncros kickstand and a Racktime / BGM Trekking Pro luggage rack with the Snapit 2.0 system round off the specification.

Power is provided by a fourth-generation Bosch Performance Line CX motor (250 W, 36 V, max. 25 km/h) combined with a Bosch PowerTube battery (625 Wh). The display is a Bosch LED Remote with Intuvia 100 display, and the standard Bosch charger has an output of 4A.
