Bergamont E-Horizon Expert Wave black

The "E-Horizon Expert Wave black" model from the "Bergamont" brand, released in 2022, is a high-quality e-bike available at a price of 3,799 EUR. It features a sturdy frame made from a lite AL-6061 tube set and is designed for 28-inch wheels, with the PowerTube battery seamlessly integrated into the frame. The maximum permissible weight is 140 kg, and the bike itself weighs 27 kg.

Braking performance is provided by a Shimano hydraulic disc brake (BR-MT420) with 4 pistons and SM-RT10 rotors (180/160 mm). The brake levers are also from Shimano (BL-M401). The drivetrain consists of a Shimano Deore RD-M6100 Shadow Plus with a 1x12-speed system, controlled by Shimano Deore SL-M6100 RapidFire Plus shifters. Front suspension is provided by a Suntour NEX E25 fork with 63 mm of travel.

The handlebars are BGM Pro riser bars with a 40° backsweep and a 40 mm rise. The grips are ergonomically designed (BGM Comfort, Ergo, double density, clamp version), and the stem is adjustable (BGM Pro). The headset is an FSA NO.57SC-1 A-Headset, semi-integrated and tapered.

The rims are BGM Pro X17, disc, with eyelets, and the tyres are Schwalbe Energizer Plus with a reflective strip (50-622). The hubs are Shimano HB-MT200 and FH-MT401, both with CentreLock disc and quick-release mechanisms. Silver stainless steel spokes complete the bike. The saddle is an Ergon ST10, mounted on a BGM Pro seatpost.

Additional features include Curana Apollo mudguards with stainless steel struts, an SKS Chainbooster chain guard, an Atran kickstand and a Racktime / BGM Trekking Pro luggage rack with integrated mudguard mounts.

Power is provided by a Bosch Performance Line CX Gen. 4 motor with 250 W and 36 V, which reaches a maximum speed of 25 km/h. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube with 36 V Li-ion and a capacity of 625 Wh. The display is a Bosch Intuvia, and the charger is a Bosch Standard Charger rated at 4A.
