CONCLUSIONS: The new Direttissima can already be considered a kind of hero, because our test brake has already survived the Rampage in Utah. Apart from that, the 399 euro brake is packed with expertise. A quadruple ball-bearing lever with toggle lever principle, large reservoir and pressure-resistant Kevlar lines. Equipped in this way, the Trickstuff impressed with a firm pressure point, decent braking performance and solid stability. Only the 105-kilo rider caused the brakes to thread at the end of the descent. Defects: none.
