CONCLUSIONS: The Guide RSC Ultimate is the new flagship from Sram and, in addition to familiar features, comes with a few new ones such as carbon levers, quick venting and insulated pistons. This reduces the weight by 28 grams, while the price increases by 87 euros. In the practical test, the latest evolutionary stage also impressed with its outstanding ergonomics and impeccable modulation. The braking power is sufficient at all times, even if the Sram does not achieve peak values. In the stability test, the disc shielded at a weight of 85 kilos or more.

BIKE judgement² VERY GOOD

Hysteresis loop: red = dry braking, blue = wet braking, the horizontal axis shows the manual force, the vertical axis the braking force in Newtons.
The score for braking force and stability is based on the laboratory and practical results.
The price is for one front brake.
²The BIKE judgement is independent of price. It is not an addition of the individual ratings.
BIKE judgements: super, very good, good, satisfactory, with weaknesses, unsatisfactory.
