The Swiss component manufacturer DT Swiss is taking over the high-end forge from the Black Forest. Trickstuff should benefit above all from the infrastructure.

"We want to continue working on ambitious innovations with our great team in the future and bring high-quality, durable and easy-to-maintain brake systems to the market," says Trickstuff Managing Director Klaus Liedler.

DT Swiss from Biel in Switzerland is one of the world market leaders in wheels, spokes and hubs. With the takeover of Trickstuff, the Swiss want to establish another development centre in Germany. The small luxury forge Trickstuff builds lightweight, high-quality brakes and will continue to develop high-end disc brakes as an independent company. Above all, the Black Forest-based company will benefit from DT Swiss AG's expertise in production optimisation and supply chain. Trickstuff's goal is to continue to grow through the development of innovative products.
