Update for Sigma Rox bike computer and app
Users of the Sigma Rox 2.0 GPS bike computer, Rox 4.0 and Rox 11.1 Evo Sigma's new update allows you to navigate with the devices. This is Sigma's way of keeping pace with competitors such as Garmin and Wahoo. The free Sigma update includes an area on the display that uses arrows to show the way. The destination search is carried out in advance in the smartphone app. Once a destination has been found, the route is saved on the device and can therefore be used offline.
Simple destination entry with Search & Go in the Sigma app
In addition to the navigation function on the Sigma Rox bike computers, the smartphone app is now also being equipped with this useful function. This means that smartphone users can not only record their journey with the Sigma app, but also navigate. With "Search &Go", Sigma wants to make it quick and easy to find your destination. Either via the address search bar or by clicking on the map. The app then suggests four different route types. When the biker starts the activity, the navigation page automatically appears on the display and uses arrows and acoustic signals to inform the biker of the next turn-off. In addition to navigation, data such as speed, altitude profile and route are also shown on the Sigma Rox displays.
