Bosch is launching two new displays for e-mountainbikes from autumn/winter 2020: We present Nyon and Kiox.

Bosch Nyon

The Nyon is the command centre among Bosch displays. No other screen from the Swabians offers more information and more options. At 3.2 inches, the screen is over 50 % larger than that of the Kiox (1.9 inches). However, the new Nyon is also slimmer and sportier than ever before and will also be increasingly found on e-MTBs in the coming season. Extensive navigation and fitness functions, a touch display and improved clarity set the Nyon apart from its smaller brothers. The Nyon also allows the support levels to be customised. The screen can also be customised. Available from autumn 2020.

The new Nyon display from Bosch will be increasingly installed on e-mountainbikes in 2021. The new Nyon display from Bosch will be increasingly installed on e-mountainbikes in 2021.

Bosch Kiox

And once again, Bosch offers more functions at the touch of a button: the update for the Kiox display can be downloaded directly via the eBike Connect app itself. And what's the benefit? Coupled with the smartphone, the display can now show the navigation of planned routes and also access tours from Komoot and Outdooractive. The view on the display rotates in the direction of movement during the journey. In addition, the riding data on the screen can be customised, selected and moved after the update.

Florentin Vesenbeckh has been on a mountain bike since he was ten years old. Even on his very first tour, he focussed on single trails - and even after more than 30 years in the saddle of an MTB, these are still the quintessence of biking for him. He spent his youth competing in various bike disciplines and later his cycling career was characterised by years as a riding technique coach. Professionally, the experienced test editor now focusses on e-mountainbikes. In recent years, the qualified sports scientist and trained journalist has tested over 300 bikes and more than 40 different motor systems in the laboratory and in practice.
