Endurance test: Evoc FR Tour backpack
I spent a whole 4800 kilometres with the FR Tour on my back. Well-padded shoulder straps and the wide hip belt ensured a comfortable fit.

Whether with light day pack or Transalp filling, the Evoc doesn't slip or wobble. The only point of criticism: In midsummer it gets damn warm on the back - a functioning ventilation system is missing. The organisation of the compartments, on the other hand, was fully convincing. The tool compartment with its small mesh pockets keeps things organised. A rain cover is great, but in black it is difficult to see in traffic. I only used the helmet holder as an outer pocket for sweaty clothes. The loops for the protectors also held a sleeping mat securely in place.

CONCLUSIONThe FR Tour is almost the perfect Transalp backpack. I was missing a quickly accessible map compartment and a bar compartment.
