The haulier rolled nothing other than the perfect bike into our test cellar. Or "the most perfect bike that Idworx has ever built", as Gaastra itself says in all modesty. Perhaps such a bike would be better called "Über Rohler".
If you take a closer look at the Idworx All-Rohler, you will notice the oversized tube dimensions and the exceptional workmanship. All the weld seams are smooth welded, i.e. double and smooth. At the seat tube junction, the seat stays are on the outside, the seat tube pierces a transverse oval top tube, which protrudes to the rear and has been sealed with a cover - all to create maximum stability at this point.
This is noticeable as soon as you get on the Rohler and ride it. You immediately feel at home on the bike; its geometry places the rider in a relaxed, sporty to upright position, depending on the position and mounting height of the stem. What is striking, however, is the centred position "in the bike" - a low bottom bracket drop (80 millimetres lower than the wheel hubs) between the 29er wheels results in agile yet stable handling thanks to an ideal centre of gravity.
