Thanks to the solid, rigid frame, the "Rebel Race" is also suitable for heavy riders. The riding position is race-orientated.

Just one year after the birth of the "Rebel", Bart Brentjens won the first Olympic gold medal for mountain bikers in Atlanta on a Storck (in the livery of the American Eagle team). As a reminder of this top sporting achievement, our test bike came in a special Atlanta livery with the typical "Rebel" horizontal dropouts and non-replaceable derailleur hanger, which is intended to increase shifting precision. Another unmistakable feature of a genuine Storck: the high frame rigidity, which is reflected in direct propulsion but also low comfort. At 1800 grams, the solid frame is very heavy and the short head tube ensures a sporty saddle cant. Good: many frame sizes!

CONCLUSION: Thanks to the solid, rigid frame, the "Rebel Race" is also suitable for heavy riders. The riding position is race-orientated.
