Proven classic with a not too stretched seating position and functional equipment.
Just like the Marin, the Rocky Mountain Vertex is a true classic that already has more than 15 years of racing experience under its belt. With a steep steering angle, the Vertex 50 is very direct on winding trails and the moderate top tube length allows the rider to sit in a relaxed position. The smooth-running Conti Race King tyres provide plenty of speed on pedal strokes, although they offer little reserves on descents. The Fox fork and slim 27.2 mm seatpost breathe comfort into the race-proven Canadian.
CONCLUSIONS: Proven classic with a not too stretched seating position and functional equipment.
