With its typical triple-triangle design, the Zaskar presents itself in its unmistakable guise even after years. In addition to the GT look, the most affordable bike on test has a sporty geometry with a steep head angle, stretched riding position and full Shimano SLX spec. The high weight slows you down a little on the climbs, while the sensitive RockShox Recon fork is impressive on the descents. However, the cancellation of the warranty during racing and the mediocre paintwork cost the classic bike valuable points.
CONCLUSIONS: Long sports car with unmistakable GT look and average equipment.
TUNING TIP: No tuning necessary.
