In combination with the 500 watt-hour battery, the Teru 8 can climb up to 1450 metres in altitude. The M-frame is quite large and the posture on the bike is rather stretched in combination with the 100 millimetre stem. The wheelbase is long, not least because of the relatively slack head angle. This makes for a smooth ride, but robs the bike of some of its manoeuvrability. All Shimano XT brake systems in the test struggled with significant pressure point wandering, including on the Ghost.
ConclusionThe Teru 8 is equipped with comparatively high-quality components. However, the somewhat weaker cruise unit from Bosch is attached to the bottom bracket. The E-MTB is smoother rather than more agile.
