Feel-good bike: Stevens Sentiero on test
With the Sentiero, the Hamburg-based company has hit the mark when it comes to putting a classic entry-level hardtail on its tyres.

Sit on it and feel good - that's the motto of the most expensive bike in the test. In terms of geometry, the Stevens, just like the Radon, has a sporty approach. Apart from the slightly longer chainstays on the Stevens, the geometries of both bikes are absolutely identical. This means a moderate steering angle and reach and therefore uncomplicated handling. Stevens only dispenses with a telescopic seat post and specifies a slightly narrower handlebar. The Hanseatic company has also taken a more moderate approach to the tyres with the Schwalbe Rocket Ron in the affordable performance version.

Conclusion on the Stevens Sentiero:

The Sentiero marks the upper price limit in this comparison. However, it also offers high-quality equipment and balanced handling both uphill and downhill.
