Behind the design company Grace are Michael Hecken and Karlheinz Nicolai. Both dedicated themselves to e-bike development back in 2009. This also resulted in an e-MTB model, the Grace MX 2 Trail in 27.5 inches. The purist bike is available with two different Bosch drives, the Performance Cruise or the Performance Speed. The difference between the two drives is exactly 20 km/h, as you are supported either up to 25 km/h or up to 45 km/h (Performance Speed).
Grace MX2: Even though the look of the E-MTB hardtail screams high-end equipment, Grace has opted for the "solid" equipment variant. The stated 22 kilograms are stopped by Magura MT4 brakes. The SRAM X9 rear derailleur is used, while the Rock Shox Sektor Gold 650B RL fork provides the front suspension. The price of the design bulldozer is 3499 euros.
