E-hardtail: Thok Mig HT in a practical test
An affordable e-hardtail that is convincing both off-road and on the road? The Mig HT from Thok aims to achieve this balancing act.

Inexpensive hardtails are the first choice for beginners, as you can get a lot of e-MTB for little money. The direct mail order company Thok maximises the everyday use of its MIG HT with the optional urban kit: for €150, you get road tyres, mudguards with pannier rack, a lighting system and even a kickstand. A second set of wheels makes sense for intensive on- and off-road use, because who wants to change tyres every weekend? The motor, on the other hand, has been slimmed down: instead of the Shimano E8000 unit, the Italians have fitted the cheaper E7000.

You can find the test report on the Thok Mig HT with all the data and ratings as a PDF in the download area below.
