The HTA 3.2 from Drössiger is a durable touring hardtail with classic geometry, solid equipment and agile handling.

The 26-inch hardtails from Drössiger are almost part of the inventory in our 1000-euro test category. The very classic, original geometry of the HTA 3.2 with a steep 72 degree head angle gives the bike extremely agile handling - not everyone likes that. Thanks to the light wheels and the Reba fork, the Drössiger is one of the lightweights in the test field. For the steep ramps in the Palatinate Forest, we had to remove all the spacer rings under the stem, because the 135 mm head tube and the tapered end spacer are high. Large 180 mm brake discs on the Elixir stoppers provided sufficient braking power even for the 90 kilos of our reader tester. The green anodised add-on parts such as the quick release or stem cap give the solid, reliable HTA 3.2 hardtail a harmonious look. Although the upright riding position does not inspire any sporting ambitions, the Drössiger is a durable, comfortable touring companion.
