The fastest bike in this test group is clearly from Canyon. A look at the weight table shows that Canyon offers the lightest components and ties them together to create the lightest overall package. It has bar ends, lockout levers on the handlebars and an aggressive riding position. This means that nothing can go wrong in the intended area of use. You can fire yourself up the climbs, thunder along the forest tracks with minimal losses and speed downhill thanks to the balanced geometry. We even let the choice of tyres, which is quite debatable in everyday use, pass here - but you have to be able to handle the narrow combination with the "Furious Fred" slick tyres and be wide awake. The limit range of the "Ultimate CF" is narrow.
CONCLUSION: The fastest bike in this group, classy and purposefully equipped, a serious racer at an attractive price!
