Bulls Edition SLX
Can be used as a mountain bike thanks to the gears and brakes. The heavy fork works poorly.
Bulls has a high-quality frame, sensible Shimano Deore gearing with 27 gears and the lightest wheels in this comparison group. However, the name Edition SLX is a misnomer, only the rear derailleur comes from Shimano's SLX. The successful frame geometry and the comfortable riding position are suitable for light off-road use, but the V-brakes should not be overloaded. They decelerate moderately and are heavy (cables!). It's a shame that the Suntour fork hardly works. It is tough, you use five centimetres of travel, there is no response behaviour. But: Better like this than totally undamped!
CONCLUSION: Can be used as a mountain bike thanks to the gears and brakes. The heavy fork works poorly.
