One battery sits in the down tube, while a second can be clipped to the down tube if required - so the touring biker benefits from an enormous overall reach. Only with the internal battery would the bike clearly win the aesthetics rating, if there was one. But the details are also impressive - for example the integrated speed sensor. In addition, the geometry is excellent in all riding situations. The equipment also leaves nothing to be desired. If you want to find something negative, then it's the additional battery. It only delivers 378 W/h, is quite large and heavy and costs 499 euros.
CONCLUSION A well thought-out concept. With the dual battery, the Jam² has the widest range of use of all the bikes in this test.
