With the Blizzard eLTD, Rock Machine is launching a completely newly developed e-mountainbike with a fully integrated Shimano Steps motor, super-short chainstays and sophisticated equipment.

With the Blizzard eLTD, the Czechs are launching their first E-Fully onto the market. The model was also based on the newly introduced Rock Machine Blizzard. Like its non-motorised brother, the e-mountainbike also comes with Öhlins suspension and the finest equipment.

The Shimano Steps motor with integrated 500 Wh battery is "hidden" in the frame of the eLTD. The solid down tube identifies the Rock Machine but quickly as an e-MTB. And its looks are not deceptive: at 22.8 kilos, the eLTD, which costs almost 11,000 (!) euros, is no lightweight.

On the other hand, the Czechs are astonishing with the chainstay length: the rear triangle is said to be only 434.4 millimetres short. This value trumps the competition from Specialized and Co. by worlds. The rest of the geometry is also bang up to date: the reach (451 millimetres in L) and the 66 mm steering angle fit the concept.

Rock Machine doesn't skimp on the equipment: an Öhlins RXF 36 with 150 millimetres of suspension at the front, while an Öhlins STX 22 controls the 140 millimetres of travel at the rear. To match the Steps power unit, the Czechs screw an electronic Shimano XT drivetrain with eleven gears onto the e-bike. The powerful Shimano Saint brake system (front/rear 200 millimetre disc) stops the projectile on the spot. High-quality WTB carbon rims with 2.5 mm WTB tyres ensure contact with the ground.
